Rocky Mountain Crepes started with a dream in a high school classroom and a simple setup: two grills, a single table, and an ice chest. At 18 years old, I knew I wanted to build something of my own. Inspired by the unique crepe shops of Colorado, I realized our community was missing that experience—so we decided to bring it home.

Every batch of batter is still made by hand with the support of my family, staying true to the craft that started on those first two grills. Today, we are proud to serve you from two locations, bringing a taste of the mountains to you and your family. Have A Crepe Day!
